Noted the same.
Can you try below and confirm:
Clear cache of Armory crate
Reset to default for Xmode settings

I believe it is happening after I started using Always on panel with clock style.
Now Bluetooth and always on option both start automatically.
Do you still want me to follow the same steps?

Guys I figured this one out..it was my custom power settings which has always on option set to on and it was causing bluetooth to turn on ...this was happening again and again when my phone was going to standy mode
