bluetooth microphone not working? Rog Cetra TWS

Please tell us some basic information before asking for help:
Model Name: Rog Phone 3
Firmware Version: Android 12
Rooted or not: Not
Connect bluetooth with TWS headset but Microphone is not working, I tried other TWS headset but same problem. Please show me how to fix it.
