I'm continuously reporting about the black crush issue since I purchased the phone. But every time when the software update comes there will be no change. And about mic problem it was all well and good before latest update. After updating the issues like glitch sound in speaker while on phone and the receiver can't hear my voice properly. The sound will be very low. I hope you guys try and solve the problem as soon as possible. Because I have not received any feedback from asus about my last complaints

We have taken a note about the Microphone and audio issue on call.
For Display its a improvement update over update and a single update won't give you a 100% result.
Also, it depends which App or video player you are using. We are improving display video quality and optimizing with every update. Thank you for the patience.
