Australia mobile data not working

Just brought the Rog phone 3 from JBHIFI. It work good with home wifi but when I go out and use my mobile data , there no connection. I try reset connection, restart phone , change to 2g and 3g , change setting but still can't get it to work. Sometimes it would work but then it stop working again. Why like this , is the phone faulty ?

Hard to know. Have you only tried it in one place? Do you have any family member that use another carrier so you can try their SIM?
