Asus Rog Phone 3 unlock bootloader doesnt work!

Please tell us some basic information before asking for help
Model Name :- Asus_I003DD / ZS661KS-6A012CN
FIRMWARE VERSION WW-18.0410.2106.138
Root or not :- Not Rooted
App Name & App Version :- AsusUnlock_1.0.0.7_210127_fulldpi.apk
I can not unlock bootloader on my new ROG PHONE 3 using the latest unlock device toolkit released by official asus website for Rog 3 . 
I keep getting connection error when i try to unlock bootloader app.It says you need to share imei with asus for unlocking in app but i can't do it.
Please help I really felling so frustrated and constantly working to unlock my rog phone 3 bootloader for over 72 hrs .
Please help me.
