Try clearing the storage & cache of Armoury Crate first:
Long-press app icon - App info -> Storage & cache -> Clear both and reboot your device.
If this does not work, you can try a factory reset. (Just remember to backup any data you want to keep.)
If a factory reset does nothing, please contact your local service center and explain your issue to them.
