Add a customizer for dynamic themes

Hey asus,
Just recieved the new august patch.
With it i got the dynamic themes function.
Its great
But, there are only few themes for that.

Can you add a function to customize it.

Like i want to chage the color of the notification panel my self and doesnt want the caller wallpaper.
Ot will really help if we can customize it ourself.
Also there should be more options for lockscreen layout the one we have now looks old.

Also please addnew charging animation.
Finger print animations.
And always on display clock styles.
