After updating to A11. realised my phone is unable to do hyper charge with the original charger, it only does fast charging.
Have tried clearing cache. anyone has any other suggestions?

Maybe it's a bugaybe the os can't detect it's hypercharging

I Suggest To Reset After 11 Update.

I think it's a bug, cause the charging took almost 2 and half hour to full
