Detailed description：I recently purchased the Zenwifi XT8 pair. For a while everything was working perfectly, then the router and node became disconnected. Now I cannot reconnect the node to the router because the node is constantly restarting and cannot be detected when trying to add the node back into the system. This in spite of a full factory reset of both the router and the node. Is this a defective node unit or is there any way to remedy this?
