ZE500KL - soft keys, quick settings, screen lock lost

Asus ZE500KL soft keys, quick settings, screen lock and some ZENUI settings missing (toush vibration and motion gestures set by default).
I think this is same problem

Limited functionality of ZENUI after reboot because accidentally battery finish
Model Asus ZE500KL fully updated and working well long years before that.

You have to be around for a little while longer before you can post links.
Search Google for solution with key words "nova launcher" and symptoms (I can't access to the notification area). Add in Nova Launcher Activities shortcut to SetupWizard. Run it and wizard fixs the problem.
