Hello everyone,

My phone: ZB602KL (ASUS_X00TD) ZenfoneMax Pro M1.

My question: How can I remove the SIM card from this phone. There is no hole next to the Sim card location on my Zenfone to put the pin in to open the sim card location.

I'm back from holidays.

In a store they dicovered a second case around the phone, same color as the phone itself . They removed it and I could see the sim card slot. So the problem is solved. Thans you for the replies.

Please check if there are any slots or openings around the SIM card slot where you can insert something.
Alternatively, please take a photo of your mobile phone so I can verify it.

These photos you upload seem to be of a phone in a case. Of course you won't see the SIM card slot that way, as cases usually don't have a dedicated hole for it. Can you upload photos without the case?

As you can see on the 4 photos. The third photo is from the left side of the Zenfone. As you can see there is no card slot (and no hole). The other photos comapre to your 2 photos above.

Some people have examined my Zenfone, but they also can not locate a card slot at the left side.
