I purchased from 2 different stores as both items either wasn't stocked by a single store or the prices weren't competitive. I managed to get both items at the lowest possible price from each store. The promotion claim form allows you to post 1 purchased from store (I put where I purchased the Asus Motherboard from) and 2 receipts. My application has been approved and am waiting the Long 90 days to receive the cashback...
