Why does ASUS promote their high Pro art line but you cant buy them anywhere in the EU

I try to get a high-end Pr Art notebook, qwerty usa, i9 12th 13th gen. They promote them on their own websites and on their social but if you ask them where you can buy them, Asus doesn't know.

In the Netherlands I just got a response, just wait till one of our shops will have one. which is never or almost never it seemed the last years.

I tried to contact Asus several times but I guess they blocked me.
