Unable to register RT-AX92U routers

Detailed description：I am trying to register my new RT-AX9U routers and receive "Invalid Serial Number" drop down message. I have tried using both serial numbers with same result. I want to be registered to insure I can update product and get any free services.

Found the problem, SN# on product not the one to use. You must use the "VIP Member Warranty Notice" serial number to register. I have completed my registration.
