Detailed description: May screen is freezing need to restart the machine to be okay. already check the issue to service center. said the possible problem is in the upgrade OS. service center get back the old OS and off the update in the machine. we already upgrade the ram in 20gb ( 16gb and 4 GB) with the same frequency but still encounter the the freezing screen or hang screen
