ROG Strix G lighting problem

I am not able to alter lighting neither with the function keys nor with the armoury crate app. But this problem goes away if I reboot my laptop and reappears when I do the same again. I visited my nearest service center and this was partially fixed but then again started after 2 days. I am fed up of this. Please help me how could I solve this problem.

Do you know what the repair centre did to fix it partially? That might help the moderators here to determine if it should go to the Development Team.
