ROG Gaming Center and Armoury Crates Won't open

Battery or AC: AC
Model: Asus ROG STRIX G531GT
Frequency of occurrence: Always
Reset OS: No
ROG Gaming center won't open at all when i push the key button on my laptop and the fan button also doesn't work . Armoury crates app always error even if i tried to reinstall it. What are the steps that need to be done to return the ability for Armoury crates to open without error and gaming center / fan button can work when i click on the button on the laptop

May I know why did you install ROG gaming center ? is there something you need from it?
The ROG gaming center does not work on your model and might conflict with Armoury Crate.
If you have both on your laptop, please kindly uninstall ROG Gaming Center.
