Question about warranty - SSD upgrade

MtV
Star I

Hello, I own and am very satisfied with a ASUS ROG Flow X13 GV302XA.

It currently has 2 year warranty and I intend to extend it.

I am considering upgrading the SSD that came with the device with a WD SN770M 1TB drive. (and perhaps replacing the less than stellar Mediatek Wi-Fi M.2 as well)

Does this void my warranty?

As a general rule, replacing the SSD won't affect the warranty of the device, unless the motherboard is damaged during the process. However, replacing the wireless network cardㄊwill affect the warranty. If you have any concerns regarding extending the warranty, we recommend contacting the local customer service for further assistance.
