I ordered the 2021 ASUS TUF F15 with RTX 3050 from the ASUS online store. My card was charged the full amount immediately, but after 2 days I received an email saying my order was cancelled with no explanation?
What kind of online retailer does this? Amazon and other sensible online retailers only charge your card when the order is confirmed or shipped to avoid situations like this. Why was my card charged if ASUS is going to cancel it a few days later and then take additional time to return your money? At least give an explanation as to why the order was cancelled.
It seems I'm not the only one dealing with ASUS cancelling orders. Lots of complaints online. Pretty awful experience overall and now I just want my money back.
