Microphone low volume and cutting during calls

Description: Microphone not working through calls, people barely hear me and understand me

When I speak with someone, they have a really hard time understanding me, my microphone has a very low volume and cuts a lot. I tried a wipe data recovery which didnt change a thing, I think it is like an issue people used to have with an old firmware, but since I have the latest, I dont know why it is. I have tested both microphones by entering .12345+= in calculator, they both work, although mic 1 has bad quality, it doesnt cut and is understandable, so it sounds clearly like a software issue

Hi matt7469, Which app are you using to call? Please tell me the app name and version. We would suggest you update to the latest app version. If it is a third-party app, please reinstall the app and try again. If it is the preloaded calling app, please check your signal strength when this problem appears. Please check if this problem appears with earphones/ bluetooth. Thank you 🙂
