Detailed description:I saw a post where a fellow user had the same issue as I am having. They were asked to send their device to a service centre. I purhcased my device a few years ago so therefore not sure if its under warranty anymore. I would like to know if there is a hard-reset to fix the issue of the frozen greenlight and black screen? can u please help?
