MB16AMT not charging on standby mode

I have updated my zenscreen touch to newest, it added a new feature called standby mode, but enabling this drains the battery and don't charge, i often wake up with more or less 20% charge, is this normal? I didn't experience this if standby mode is off, i have double checked that my USB ports are sending power even if my PC is off.
