Hi Selena, Google play and google service been reinstalled in 2017 when first time reported this issue on our Forum. This not helped Used Wi Fi is in good cond as other family devices have no problems with Market Updates "Unrestricted data usage" for Marked was "Off", have switched "On", will check and revert

Hi Selena, Regret but your advice not helps. After working for few days updates frozen again. There is nothingt to do with Wi Fi as other family devices have no probles with downloading
