Laptop suddenly freezes while gaming

I am currently using the rog strix G731 which have the following specifications
Ram-16gb 1 tb ssd, 4 gb graphic card Gtx1650
But it suddenly freezes while I play any game please help what should I do

And please double confirm your BIOS/ Windows Update/ drivers are update to latest version.
