Hi! I'm having an issue with my ZenFone 3 Max. My incoming ringer doesn't work and goes straight to voicemail. I have checked all of the settings and searched for answers to no avail. Please, give me advice on what I should do, now. Thank you!
Issue with no ring notification when receiving calls
@myppacct478 Please try the following steps.
1. Turn off the phone, remove the SIM card, and then reinsert the SIM card.
2. Confirm the mobile phone can receive the telecommunications signal normally.
3. If you can’t receive the signal normally, I would like to suggest you to bring back your mobile to our service center.
