Is normal 3 hours of battery in ROG G14?

I got a Zephyrus G14 (2020) model with RTX 2060 MaxQ, i purchased it on bestbuy, I have reading that this battery lasts until 11 hours. Definitely, it hasn't been like that because when I have working (no videogames), battery lasts only 3 hours.
There is a problem? How should i configurate if i want to get 11 hours of battery? :D:

your laptop is came with high end graphics card, so normally heavy power takes from battery only.
for battery drains fast there are many factors are determined.
whats the actual full designed capacity of battery in wh.

There are a lot of things that could affect power consumption.
Please check if your BIOS, drivers and Windows update are all up to date.
And you may adjust your battery mode, armoury crate, screen brightness, network setting...
and the program you are running in the background make a difference as well.
