HELLO , I'm not able to change my mode in Armory crate , its stuck no windows mode

I got an update in the armoury crate then I updated that after bootup the pc my fans was running continuously, it been 3 days now the problem is still there. when I go to the armoury crate app its shows you " Because you are using BIOS AI Tweak or have installed AI Suite 3, Hyperfan will be locked in Windows Mode. please help me. I have done reinstalled then armoury crate twice but it won't work. I'm attaching the screenshot please help me asap.

Ah, good old Asus just leaving their customer to hang.  I hope you figured it out bud.  No thanks to Asus support apparently.
