I have an issue with brand new G14 WiFi module . It's working fine right from the box but after Windows updates the WiFi and Bluetooth module are not visible in device manager. Window trouble shooting can't find hardware . The only option to bring the WiFi and Bluetooth back is to go through hard reset process by pressing and holding power button for 10 seconds. The problem appears after system reset and I can see that some of the components are missing in device manager .
