The fingerprint stop working The test say ok (.12344+=) But I cant add new fingers because the sensor dont respond

Hi alex.fernando.guns Can you help me confirm that phone is up to date? If the issue is still not fix please backup phone date and factory reset. In order to exclude caused by software. Did it shows not recognized when you try to use fingerprint or the sensor totally don't respond? Please help to comfirm, thank you:)
