I've seen some sources (such as this one) claim that the Zenfone 3 series supports VoLTE. However, I'm unable to make VoLTE calls on my Zenfone 3 (ZE520KL), and I can't find any options to enable VoLTE in the settings menu. Does the Zenfone 3 actually support VoLTE, and if so, is there anything I need to do in order to enable it?

Thank you for your reply. Since your phone has been updated to the latest version, the most common remaining cause usually relates to whether your region or carrier supports VoLTE. The VoLTE feature depends not only on the phone itself but also on the carrier enabling this service for the Zenfone 3 (ZE520KL). If the carrier does not support it, the VoLTE option will not appear in the system.
We recommend that you check with your local carrier to confirm whether this model is included in their VoLTE support list. You may also try performing a system restore (remember to back up your data first) to rule out possible system configuration issues.

Please confirm whether the firmware version you are using has been updated to the latest.
The latest firmware version for ZE520KL is 15.0410.1807.75.
