willy.farrellHello Willy,I have the same problem trying to register my XT8. If you enter the serial number on the product registration page for your account, it seems to validate it by automatically selecting the appropriate product type and product name in the dropboxes below the serial number. Once you complete and submit the form, however, the page displays a "Serial number incorrect!" message.
