Description: capacitive buttons stopped working in the last update ww.80.30.76.74, my phone was already in technical assistance they changed the motherboard and came back with the same defect. it is a software problem and Asus will not release any more updates since the last one was in March 2019. since my product is still under warranty and no longer releases patches how do i get my money back? I believe the ze553kl runs Android 10 and ZenUI 6, Asus does not update because it does not care about its consumers.
