Brand New Proart StudioBook was Already Registered

I have just bought a supposedly BRAND NEW Studiobook on ASUS UK e-shop ( London`s FiveTech), and right after I have completed the first windows config, I received an email telling me the product was already registered. Tried update, tried registering on different places: MYASUS app, official website... No success. I've read that many other had the same problem.

Please Help me to register this product and get my Warranty Rights without the need to ask for a refund.
