Hey guys, seeking help here.
Been calling and emailing the service team to get an update for my order since 16th of December. The team hasn't give me any update and the only thing they said to me is " no update", " can't help", " we are only technical support agency, we can't do anything".
and one of the team told me that " you can't speak with the manager because there is no update."
I am hopeless and very upset and I don't know what to do.
Anyone can help?

Yes. I purchased a laptop through the ASUS website on 16th of Dec. After I received the invoice and some auto reply email, I did not receive any updates from it. I have been calling the service team every week and even wireless1 to seek an update but no response from them and the service quality that they provide is really really bad. Everyone is saying different things but it ends up " we can't help, you can only wait."
I am not trying to be harsh I just want to speak with someone who can actual help me or even give me an update.
I am even worried about is it a scam as this is my first time purchasing on ASUS.
It was really bad.
