Description: Phone won't connect or stay connected to any 2.4 GHz signal.
The phone won't let me access the latest updates because I can't connect to the internet (Last update scan was August 2019, so everything is current up to that time) - AND THAT IS THE PROBLEM.
At home I have both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz signals. My phone will either, not connect to the 2.4 GHz or it will quickly lose connection even when standing within 3 feet/1 meter from source. It connects fine to the 5GHz signal at home, but when away from home most signals are 2.4GHz.
My wife has the ASUS ZENFONE 3 ZOOM and it doesn't have the 5 GHz capability, so she too is always struggling to stay connected to the 2.4 GHz as well.
We have spoken with our ISP and they even sent someone out and replaced our router/modem, but that didn't make any difference, plus all our other wireless devices connect just fine.
I'm seeing on line now that a lot of people with our phones are having this problem.

ASUS NEEDS TO FIX THIS!
