Asus TF300TG unlock apk not working

Hi, i am new here, i have te same problem with my Asus TF300TG tablets, i cannot unlock i get an error message.
So i hope someone can help me, i read on this site that Asus need the serial number.
Where can i send the serial numbers ?
I am days trying to unlock but no succeed.
