I'm interested in upgrading my network to a mesh system. The 2-pack XT9 seems like a good fit for me.
I understand that one unit will be attached to my providers incoming ethernet and that it will provide IP, addresses to all my devices. It will also provide some hardware ethernet ports to extend my network to wired printers and other hardware.
What I want to know is if the other remote unit that I will put upstairs connected to first unit by WiFi will also provide a place to connect hardwired devices. I do not have ethernet connections upstairs. So it would be great if the second unit will extend my wired network to devices that have no wifi upstairs.
Can anyone tell me if this can be done?
