Recommend Good Access Points to pair with AX3000

Looking for APs that go with RT-AX82U and AX86 routers. Any recommendations? Can I go with non Asus APs?

And looking for APs that can backhaul wirelessly because we can't get cable ran through the house.

Access Points are by definition connected by Ethernet cable.  What you are looking for are more specifically called Repeaters or Range Extenders.

IF you stick with ASUS then you can continue to build an AiMesh.  It is probably best to read this than for me to try to explain what AiMesh is and mesh benefits:
