How can I manage time limit, or block specific websites and apps, such as YouTube.com, YouTube app on my children's devices?

We have Frontier provided eero 6 Pros in our other house.  The eero app informed me (a new feature is available that) specific apps can be blocked per profile.  It didn’t say specific websites but apps…

No, unfortunately from what I can tell it is category/sub-category only.

I can share my parenting experience:  My son (only child) is now 18, and I never used those screen control functions to be honest.  I would once in a while peek at what he was watching, (and complain if it was inappropriate for his age)...
