DHCP issue , DHCP Server allows device outside of DHCP Server address range

Hi,
I am running RT-AX86U, with latest firmware version:  3.0.0.4.388_24401 (stock firmware)
My DHCP is set to allow IP Pool address range:  192.168.50.10 - 192.168.50.60

However, looking at my AiMesh screen, i keep seeing an Apple device connected wirelessly with a .50.161 IP address.  How is this possible?

I have rebooted and reset my router to factory default.   ASUS support suggested that I also rebuilt all the router config from scratch and not restore from a previously saved file.  I've done all this and still, it allows an IP address out of range.

That usually happens when the device is using a static IP or still holding a lease from a previous DHCP range. Check if the Apple device has a manual IP set in its Wi-Fi settings. You can also clear the DHCP lease table and reboot both router and device to force a new IP within your defined range.

The Apple device may have a manually assigned IP address in it's settings.
