based on your issue, whether you could provide the router model?
Have you make sure tha the router firmware is at the latest version?
May I ask did you use the wired connect? Make sure that all the cable is well connect.
Have you try to cross test with other ethernet cable?
If you're using Wi-Fi, try changing the wireless channel on your router to reduce interference from other nearby networks.
It is suggest that you can try hard reset your router.
