Use your web GUI to set defaults. After system setup using no saved files, use the web GUI to set your ISP's IPv6 parameters again. Avoid turning on anything that will use router resources such as Ai Protection, QOS, etc. If this doesn't solve the problem it could be a provider Internet issue.

Spectrum was causing me similar issues - until I switched to T-Mobile home Internet. Hasn't reoccurred a single time since the change.

Yeh I agree, it's on default settings, another test I did, Passthough mode, which asus call it as as Automaic ip mode, but the prefix don't come at all, so that's why I stay on native

I'm afraid the ASUS IPv6 instructions might be mistaken. It is really up to the ISP which implementation they choose. On AT&T Fiber IPv4 is Automatic, yet the required gateway clearly has Native for IPv6.
For Frontier I contacted technical support, which is also IPv4 Automatic from their ONT, and they say IPv6 is available, BUT I have to use their eero router to enable it. I try Native and nothing, Passthrough and not really working either. I try Tunnel 6rd and nope, yet Tunnel 6to4 gets 7/10 on the IPv6 test site with a Prefix of /48. (AT&T is /64, and some claim it is a challenge to create IPv6 VLANs)....
