ASUS EBP15 IP Address

I have multiple EBP15 switches that i need to set up.  I updated the IP address from 192.168.1.50 for each of the devices to 192.168.85.144 - 192.168.85.151 for each respective switch.  The problem is that none of the switches are pingable or accessible by those IP addresses and the only address that still responds to ping is 192.168.1.50.  Why is the default IP address still active?

If I command prompt and do an arp -d 192.168.1.50 and then ping the address again, the MAC changes to which ever switch responds first.  This is a huge issue in that I have multiple network devices still trying to use the 192.168.1.50.

Is the primary router IP set to 192.168.85.xxx?  Shrugs...
