UPDATE:
UPDATE2:
I have confirmed that virtual media support does work within the AST2600 BMC web software. I used an NFS server to host a directory of images, and the BMC exports the .ISO images found there as virtual CDROM devices, which allows me to install an OS remotely. The above point is still true, the advertised ACCE functionality does not work, but the embedded option is superior to the ACCE software anyway, so this workaround is sufficient for my purposes. Asus should still fix their advertising issue, it is plain false. ACCE will not do KVM with this motherboard.
...
The KVM functionality is not usable at all within ACCE for the ASUS WRX90-E SAGE motherboard. I worked around the other issues, like default login credentials that no one at Asus support knows (Administrator/superuser, not admin/admin), and also tried to use the builtin https server running on the BMC, which lists itself as a ASMB11-iKVM, but that does not come with a license for the virtual media option, so it can not be used to remotely install an OS.
When I try to use the KVM functionality within ACCE, the error popup shows:
"This type of remote management controller is not supported. Only supports the following devices: RTK8117"
When trying after logging into the BMC within ACC, then selecting Remote Desktop, it states:
"Unable to connect to the client(KVM:<my_BMC_IP>)"
Very likely both of these errors are due to the ACC not supporting this BMC chipset.

The moderator’s information is incorrect for the default username and password, the user manual, and ACCE. Buyers of this motherboard should disregard this information, as the default username and password for the BMC are “Administrator/superuser” and not “admin/admin” as the mod’s post says. The correct user manual for this BMC is located here: ASMB11-iKVM not the link provided in the mod’s post. When using the web interface to the BMC, the login page title is “ASMB11-iKVM” as shown in the screen image:
The other content in the web interface matches the user manual. Note that in the correct manual, it says there are two admin accounts, and that one is Administrator/superuser and the other is admin/admin, but I found that only the Administrator/superuser account worked in the most recent BMC firmware. All of my attempts to use admin/admin (ACCE, ssh, web login) failed, while Administrator/superuser worked. @Jiaszzz_ASUS please go to your lab and actually try this for yourself and correct the post here so that your users are not subjected to much difficulty by this inaccurate information.
The ACCE software does not do KVM with the AST2600, as is clearly shown in the ACCE web page and indeed by the software itself. The ACCE will only do KVM with the RTK8117 BMC. As a result of ACCE not doing KVM for this BMC, ACCE is basically useless, and users should attach to the BMC controller directly using https://<dhcp_IP> for the controller. The built in BMC software for the AST2600 provides full KVM and management support needed to manage this one motherboard.
Since the product was advertised with support for ACCE, and considering that ACCE explicitly does not support this motherboard, any advertised management features exclusive to ACCE are not available. If you expected ACCE features like ACCE remote desktop when buying this board, you should consider returning it for a refund, as those features are not available.

My first technical support call to ASUS was comically bad. The first level tech kept insisting the default login credentials for the BMC were admin/admin. I asked if they had a manual for the BMC, the answer was "I can't find one". The second level tech was equally bad, and kept guessing solutions. When I asked him to get real information, he refused and hung up.
Ultimately, I used a direct https connection to the BMC and learned it was serving itself as an ASMB11-iKVM, which is how I found the default credentials. Fast forward and I'm trying to remote install an OS, but the virtual media option is missing in the html5 KVM on the ASMB11, which I've learned is because it doesn't come with a license for that feature.
Back to Asus Control Center Express, where I discovered that KVM functionality does not work with this BMC, even though the product literature advertises that it does. I'm currently struggling on tech support to get ANYONE at Asus to address this.

I made a call a day later to tech support, and the very nice US based rep could only work to push the issue through a different email channel to see if anyone will pick up the issue. At this point, I've got a multiple days long dead product issue - which obviously can't be resolved by replacing the product with the same thing, because it's the product itself that's broken by design, not a faulty instance of the product.
It's puzzling because the package prominently displays these capabilities, but it's like they've not implemented them at all.

Another key finding on this - the webpage for the WRX90-E-SAGE motherboard prominently advertises:
"Pro WS WRX90E-SAGE SE workstation motherboard features compatibility with BMC connections, and it is bundled with ASUS Control Center Express software to provide comprehensive in-band and out-of-band management features for businesses and industries". In the snapshot of the website, it shows Remote Console supported on the motherboard, clearly and unambiguously. (source: https://www.asus.com/motherboards-components/motherboards/workstation/pro-ws-wrx90e-sage-se/)
On the website for Asus Control Center Express, it states with an asterisk: "* Requires a connection to a management LAN port supporting RTL 8117 LAN IC for BIOS and OS reinstallation in hardware mode." But this motherboard doesn't have that model of BMC chip, so it clearly states that ACC will not work, and indeed it does not. (source: https://www.asus.com/campaign/ASUS-Control-Center-Express/global/)
So the answer appears to clearly be that Asus has advertised capabilities that do not exist for this $2,000 product. This is false advertising at worst, and incompetent product management at best.
Asus - you need to respond to this.

And below is what ChatGPT found on this when I asked the right question. This is confirmed false advertising. Asus needs to provide customers who bought this motherboard a free license to the full Asus Control Center software or a full no questions asked refund for the product.
