Top PCIE and M.2 slot does not work.

My asus z790-v prime will not display when using top PCIE slot, and will not reconize m.2 on top slot. The ports are not detected in the bios. They work when put in the bottom spots.

Could you please confirm whether you are using the PRIME Z790-V WIFI or the PRIME Z790-V AX?
Whether the issue is that neither the GPU installed in the PCIEX16 slot nor the SSD installed in the M.2_1 slot are recognized in the BIOS, but both work when installed in other slots?
May I ask if this issue occurred after the PC was first built or after some time of use, following any recent changes such as a BIOS update or component replacement?
We recommend referring to the user manual to verify that the CPU and power cables are correctly installed, checking for any bent CPU pins, and ensuring that no extension cables or adapters are used for connecting the GPU and SSD.
Additionally, please ensure the current BIOS and Intel ME firmware are correctly updated, and try clearing CMOS before checking again.
