Hello ASUS Support Team,
I am using the ASUS ProArt Z690-Creator WiFi motherboard.
My Thunderbolt controller is currently running NVM 43.3, and my Thunderbolt 2 devices (using Apple TB3↔TB2 adapter) no longer work. please provide the Thunderbolt Firmware Downgrade Utility (NVM31) specifically for my board and serial number?

Hi Nabroski,
I've been instructed to PM moderator Jiaszzz_ASUS with your motherboard model and serial number. Which I did 20 days ago, but I haven't had a reply yet.
I'm on the same boat with my ProArt Z690. I spent over $3k on this PC for my studio, and it's been sitting here useless for over a month now, because I can't connect my two Focusrite Clarett audio interfaces. It's frustrating to say the least.
If you find an alternative solution please share.

Nope. I sent my PM to Jiaszzz_ASUS four weeks ago (on 10/29), but I haven't received a response yet.
I also sent an email to SocialSupportUS@asus.com , no response either.
I didn't try downgrading my BIOS, because I read online reports of people that already tried that with no success (in their cases, downgrading BIOS firmware, didn't downgrade their NVM firmware).
I did find a NVM31 downgrade tool uploaded somewhere, but it didn't work. It was labeled for a different motherboard than our ProArt Z690, and I got a "Not Compatible" error when trying to run it.
At the moment, I still don't have a solution.
But I have an impressive $3,000 Asus Paperweight sitting on my desk. 🙂💔
