Speaker audio in gaming pc

I bought my motherboard 1 week ago, and I'm facing 2 audio related issues in it.

1. My external headphones are not working in it, some times they work some times they don't. It's drivers automatically deleted.

2. Noise suppression for speaker or headphones.

Hello @Kapil23 ,

Due to the ongoing local holidays in our area, our response time may experience delays.
We apologize for any inconvenience the delayed replies may have caused.

Could you please share the actual model of your motherboard, the BIOS version, and the audio driver version?
When the issue occurs, is your headset or speaker connected to the front panel ports on the chassis or the audio output port on the back of the motherboard?
Do the two described scenarios happen in specific situations, such as after an hour of gaming or when launching certain applications?
Based on your description, we recommend referring to the following FAQs to install or update drivers and try troubleshooting the issue.
