Second CPU is not working in ASUS Z10PE D16 WS MotherBoard

Hi ,

I have following configurations :

Processor : Intel Xeon E5-2620 V4 2.10 GHz : 8-Core,16-Threads,20MB-Cache, 85W,
MB : ASUS Z10PE-D16 WS
RAM : 32gbX4=128gb ECC
HDD : 2TB SSD crucial
BIOS Version : 4101
Now I am trying to install same Xeon E5-2620 V4 in CPU2 it is not working and I dont see any display , the processor which I am trying into CPU2 is working in CPU1. I am not sure what could be the problem.

Pls suggest how to proceed..

Could you please confirm if, when there is no display, both CPU sockets have the same model of CPU installed, or is it only installed in CPU2?
When the system fails to boot, are there any Q-Code logger indications?
We recommend referring to the Z10PE-D16 WS manual to ensure all hardware is installed correctly, including checking that the CPUs have no bent pins, the memory is installed according to the memory configurations, and the PSU is properly connected to the motherboard. 
And checking again after clearing CMOS.
