problem with SSD detection by BIOS

i dont recall any changes to hardware but recently i have to start PC again 2nd time to make sata SSD being properly detected as KINGSTON SSD instead of PS[number] (and then its going bios showing this drive as 0gb instead of 480). MB is prime a520m-a. Yesterday it was detected after turning it on/off more than 5x. Still happens after enabling CSM

it had to be some impulse from thunderstorm going over telephone line. Cause PC was turned on and didnt even turn off after that hit

its really weird. that hunderstorm was at the end of june. In july replaced dsl modem. All was fine till october i guess. Maybe will have to replace ssd/motherboard if problems with ssd and ethernet continue.

Thank you for response.

today i tried few other sata cables, connecting drive to all other 3 sata ports. Problem remains. Also checked drive with disk apps and it says drive is "good" and 79% remaining lifetime with only around 20 or 40 TB written to it so far. After changing sata cable i thought its gonna be ok but made few restarts to make sure and on 3rd one it was not detected

i will rather replace drive then remove battery to clear CMOS cause access is difficult around noctua nhd15
