[ProArt Z790 creator wifi] Displayport & Thunderbolt with integrated GPU

Gen2Penguin
Star II

Hi, Asus Help Center.

I've set up my first Asus PC with

ProArt Z790 Creator Wi-Fi + Intel Core i9-14900k with no discrete GPU yet,

I use the integrated GPU,

the HDMI port works perfectly,

but the 2 Displayports and 2 Thunderbolt ports don't work when I directly connect to

my monitor's Displayport input ports and USB-C input port respectively, no video show up.

My monitor's model is Philips 279M1RVE/93

Can you tell me why?

Thanks.

Hello, @Gen2Penguin and @Trip

Due to the ongoing local holidays in our area, my response time may experience delays.
I apologize for any inconvenience the delayed replies may have caused.
After confirmation from the relevant department, it has been established that when using integrated graphics instead of a dedicated graphics card, only HDMI is supported for video output.

Thank you.

What irony - I have the EXACT SAME SITUATION.  To double-down, I have ASUS ProArt monitors!  And I guarantee the displayports work just fine on the monitors!

So adding to Gen2Penguin - ASUS, why?!!

Thanks.

Oh, thanks.

The manual then is incomplete ,

Asus should include this information

in the manual.
